I think my CD player had some sort of attack today. And yes, I'm the last person in my generation who doesn't have a library of songs.
It upsets me that things don't last anymore. Or that my condo's electrical gremlins claim another victim.Whichever.
I couldn't afford an IPOD, nor all the downloads, but half-brother has one. Makes sense for someone who only now blows his nose on a regular basis to have the best of everything, to continue unbroken the phenomenal streak of male entitlement in my family.(spoiled little shit)
Aw, who am I kidding? I'm death to electronics. I'd have it for an hour, drop it, and smash it to bits.
But I'd like to have the choice.
That's always what I want.
for what it's worth.
(And I thought I'd have a good day for once, but it's like I've forgotten how. Though I have what's left of my health, and I got paid for a writing assignment today.)
But not very much.
And that was a nice little player...it had a nice sound for the price range. It helped me in my writing a lot...not that I plan on pulling a Stephenie Meyer and thanking Steven and Ed or Anthony and Flea or Harold and Teddy for their assistance in my writing project. Lame!
(Although I suppose the most recent project would be very different without Harold and Teddy, after all.)
