(no subject)
my weekend in a nutshell:
friday: went up to SF and partied with farm, mike, jeanette, anthony, zoy, and zoy's friend olivia ... originally we were gonna go to suite 181 but after picking up mike farm called and said that everyone was going to gravity instead. had fun even though i still don't like that place. farm and zoy kept trying to hook me up with olivia, but she wasn't that interesting to talk to, nor was she very hot (ya, what can i say, i'm superficial), so i wasn't very interested. also, at the end of the night, my mostly full beer bottle either got knocked out of my hand or i dropped it (can't remember which) so it broke and i got beer all over olivia and myself ... so even if i had been interested i think that might've been a vibe killer. dropped mike off, ended up having one more beer at his house and looking at a lot of his rave pictures from a few years ago .... made me nostalgic again. just another example of my love/hate relationship with raves.
saturday: slept late, then had to work from 7pm-3am to support a customer upgrade ... we realized about 5 minutes before cutting over traffic that there was a bug that would've caused network outages on links using specific media gateways, so we managed to rollback in time, but lots of tension...still not sure what (if any) fallout there will be from that
sunday: nothing interesting, ran errands, got my haircut...watched house of sand and fog. basically just lazed around like i do most sundays.
today: managed to lock myself out the house this morning ... on the plus side i know my house is hard to break into! been a fairly low-key day at work so far, let's hope the week stays that way
