wakefulness?
im on the ledge of a grey pond
feet dipping in its depthless mist
no sky nor earth, but a pocket
in a corner of my brain
a diffuse light enfolded
within a quiet fog
light recedes back into the atom
dust dissolves and my mind
is the universe, grey and small.
