My Little Bubbling Brook of Consciousness

Mama had a baby and his head popped off
we did all that we could to try to reattach it
I couldn't do it so I picked it up and threw it off the building
just to see if all the children were quick enough to catch it

When she torments me, it isn't just me she's tormenting. Any torment of me torments ron and she's as intrested in that effect as she is in the direct effect. She dominates ron by dominating me.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeenteresting.

Acai berries and mangoes make a liver color when mixed together. The taste is more fecund than you might expect. Smells that way too. It's interesting how when you put a lot of fruits together, even though they're all really good and even though they end up tasting good together, the smell is often just too overwhelming and it teeters on that line of bad.

I need a haircut. It's getting kind of long and just generally irritating over the ears and on my neck and such. I need to find a good place around here to get it done, but where Max? Where shall I go? I'm thinking pixie cut. Not that there is much else to be done with my length of hair. The question will be one of finding a low maintanence pixie cut, because I know that I will not style my hair. Oh, I may delude myself into thinking I will in the salon, but I know, I will *not* style my hair. (unless it's a mohawk or spikes and even then it's pretty sporatic)

Must get 4 year plan done and in. It's all done except for one class slot. Something like an Analysis course in the Social Sciences. I find out they're getting rid of all that 3 out of 7 types (Soc. Sci., Film/Video, Lit, etc...) foolishness, only a little too late for my use. Or perhaps just in time. Hmmmmmmmm, must look into this. It would make things far more useful... Yaaaaaaaiiis. Also I have my schedule planned so that none of the courses that I take abroad have to count and still graduate on time and all and still have my senior year pretty much open. If, however, all three courses I take there do count toward MS credit, then it'll free up three of the art courses that I'm taking for MS credit to be counted toward an art minor, I'd just have to take Art Fundamentals and this post 1945 Art History course that I want to take anyway and one more art course. Sounds like a pretty chill way to spend senior year, while trying to not kill myself with thesis. I may just have to balls up and do it if things go to the best of plans. Of course, they never do. But it helps to have them to aim for, helps you to not fuck shit up as badly.

Also must start calling apartment places. Wish I knew for certain who was in for the summer. I mean we're pretty much set on looking for a two bedroom place because it will either be: Me&Ron and Brandy; Me&Ron and Brand&Nicole/Liz; or Me&Ron and Forrest. I'm pretty sure Brandy is in, I really hope so, it makes me feel a little less gyped about her graduating this year. Really though, I like Forrest, I don't really want to live with him. Honestly I don't really like the idea of living with guys. I mean Forrest often gets exempted from the guy category anyway, but really, boys are gross and I just don't want to live with one. I am a bit seperatist. It's not a matter of principal though, just a matter of preference. When I was trying to find Frank dinning hall (I didn't even know that there was Pomona that far south!) I went into the athletic center by mistake and it was full of big, tall, bulky, sweaty guys. I was totally...intimidated?...repelled?...uncomfortable?...well some combination thereof...with the whole situation. Scripps has totally de-conditioned me to the presence of males and you know what? I like it that way. I prefer to live in a community of women. I would spend the rest of my life in a community of women if I could. I should teach at a women's college. As for communities of women, I do actually have a growing list of people who would be totally into living in a fabulous commune. Ashley, Nicol, Sally, Acacia, et all would be down for a media commune in the Seattle area, and I've got Brandy and Jane on board for a weed growing place in Vancover, which is pretty damn close to Seattle, so perhaps the two could be convinced to meld. Mwuhahaha...yais. These are all pipe dreams of course (I like that term cuz it comes from opium smokers, but NPR has an organ music show called that).
