work's boring, im almost broke, smoking again. bleh
i got about 15 bux for the next 2 weeks, but when i get paid, it'll be the 29th and time to pay rent and bills again.

billy and catherine stayed for a few days. watched a lotta footage of their travels, from them living in hawaii, to traveling in tiujuana, vancouver, denver, santa barbara, SF, berkeley, LA, san diego, seattle, portland... i think oregonis the way to go if i wanna live somewhere where i can actually go to decent skatepatks. bill says if they move there, he'll pick me up at the end of my lease and i can stay with them for a little while. i'm actually considering it. i dont know how much money i can save up by july 31st, but i do have about 12-1300 coming back to me in the way of security deposits. i just dont wanna move there and be totally broke and starvin for a job again.

wish i could go out tonight, but it'd be a better idea not to. 15 bux will not last very long. unless kristin and jenny offer to buy me drinks and make me come out, that is.

i kinda miss chicago. and the option of being shitfaced on the other side of town at 4 am and being able to get home by public transit. there was a keg party at the boardshop on st patty's night, cuz my neighbor just bought the shop, but the buses stopped at 7 pm and i did not wanna bike back home at whatever hour drunk. it wouldnt be so bad if i didnt live a mile and a half uphill from everything. if i do stay here, im getting a cheaper place, maybe a house with a few other people for 800 a month, instead of the 1050 we pay now. and it's gotta be closer to downtown. anyway, as much as i miss chicago, i dont think im movin back anytime soon. ill either stay here and go to school, or move elsewhere, to a bigger city, and go. as billy said, "you shouldn't hold out for 6 years in a place that doesnt even have a skatepark. this isnt the place you wanna be with no car." this is true. we'll see

alrght, back to work (eating cheez its and surfin the web
