ALRIGHT. I don't know why it matters... but it does. Its the first day of a new month and I am wiping the past "eating" slate clean. Starting from fresh! So how did I do today? Meh. Eating small meals but still EATING.
I got seriously hungry and wanted to order PIZZA. Instead I ate a small bowl of soup ( 200 cals ) that didn't taste great... despite eating it all I feel really good I didn't get junk food. Hopefully I do some working out later. I feel so tired and dopey. That will change though, I will do SOME working out. I had a seriously awesome schedule, then I was gone for a week annnnnnnnnnd... last week I didn't do anything except yoga, and two long walks outside.. well I guess that isn't SO bad. This week I did my abs yesterday and that's an awesome thing to get started.
Ok. So today I need to do yoga and Hopefully some cardio despite the fact I ain't feeling too hot.
Tomorrow I am going to be way busy at work but I will do yoga and abs. Thursday I WILL do cardio and abs. :) Not bad not bad. I am starting off the month a whopping 125.5 and my first REAL goal is 119.5 (out of the 120's). First I am looking forward to getting to 121.5 because I have been bounding from 122 to 126.5 for so long. NASTY!
Um. WOW. Okay soup is not settling well. Thought I'd share that. Had to brush teeth and will be drinking tons of water. *eye roll* Like you wanted to hear all that.
