Yeah so.
Its after midnight. I have been good today. I ATE, but not a lot at all. In fact, very little. Ha. I was reading old entries and I remember when I SERIOUSLY thought that having 100 cals for a meal was a lot. And I wasn't kidding. I remember when I would eat a few bites and feel FULL. What happened? What's going on? How can I be so healthy and be SO unhealthy?
But right now I need it again. I need to restrict. I need to get below the 120s. Damnit. I got down to 109 and I remember how hard it was to find clothes to fit me. I want that again!
