Writer's Block: What if calories didn't count?

If you are trying to lose weight then this could be a bad idea.  The calories from junk food do not fill you up, it actually makes you more hungry.  I would rather stay full and eat healthy, because what will happen the next day and the day after that? You will still want the junk food. My state of mind is not wanting to blow the 40 pounds I have lost  since April, I want to keep the progress up and I never want to be over 200 pounds again.   What has helped me lose the weight is Weight Watchers, working out, support from my family and friends, and wanting to be healthy.  I started the program at 30 points and I am now down to 26 points and I am fine.  as long as I keep my self healthy and not hurt I should e fine.
