Just finished the next step in the current TV-marathon project. Thank you, Netflix Instant.
(This kept getting put off due to the Missouri trip, and then new TV installation, and then marathoning the Blu-Rays I got for Christmas. But I got back to it!)

*everybody hits the time machine, which starts working again*
Season 2 was actually even better than season 1, which always makes me happy; H.G. is now giving Claudia some serious competition for the role of "my favorite character", and the whole warehouse/caretaker bond as developed in "Buried" just hit so many of my narrative kinks.
Plus even more Mark Sheppard! ♥ Although how do you kill off Mark Sheppard. That's not allowed.
On a general note, I just really enjoy watching this show. It's fun! It makes me smile! Even when things get tense or angsty or someone dies it doesn't do the rip-your-heart-out-and-stomp-on-it thing so many of my shows do! I need more shows like this.
(Although it is super weird that it goes from Myka quitting in "Reset" to Myka being delighted by the Warehouse and Claudia giving her a shirt displaying an artifact that nearly killed her in "Secret Santa". Should I just chalk that up to Christmas-special-weirdness?)
