Andromeda.
Oh, dear Lord, Andromeda.
I have had conversations with people that basically go "This show has gone so downhill, I'm so angry/disappointed/upset about it, wait, why aren't you more upset about this?" "Erm...I was an Andromeda fan for all five seasons." "...ohhhh."
(Most everybody points to RHW's departure as the major divide between "indisputably canon" and "if I pretend hard enough it didn't really happen!", but mine actually comes slightly earlier; I like the pretend everything up to about ten minutes before the end of "Bunker Hill" is indisputably canon and then everything else is Just A Bad Dream.)
On the other hand, since large segments of the post-RHW writing team seem to have regarded canon and continuity as optional themselves, I don't feel too bad for ignoring a lot of it.

I love him and his grumpiness, his fanboyishness of Barbara, his inability to get Ian's name right, his wonderful relationships with Susan and Vicki, his showing off to Steven...okay, basically One's relationship with all of his Companions...the charming relationship he has with Cameca, his unexpected badassness at the most random moments, his moments of intense selfishness, his moments of equally intense kindness and love, his very real grief at losing Companions...
