Also, I still think is rubbish that years later, there still is nothing quite as awesome, random and plain weird as Sliders on TV.

Mm. It's been a while since I watched that particular episode, but I think it's a clip of the kiss from El Sid, which would mean the blonde chick is Rebecca Chambers. ...I might be wrong.

Sliders was amazing, particularly for the simple crack factor. The pilot episode remains one of the most astonishingly random things I've ever seen, and it's wonderful.
