Where is my checkbook?
I was suppose to update the checkbook a few days ago and now I can't find it. I hope Chris has it. Hmmm. I think Chris and I have to make a chore chart because I am too neglectful to complete my chores. When Chris lost his job and before he went back to school, he took care of everything: bills, chores my dad didn't do, meal planning, cooking, etc. And if I had to do something, he'd tell me what it was and when it needed to be done. I have been really spoiled and now that I have to start pitching in again I'm doing a miserable job at helping out. I don't know what's wrong with me!! I do want to help him and pull my fair share but I seem to be slacking. Poor guy!! He's so busy and I'm not much helps! I think part of my problem is that I honestly don't know when things need to be clean. I didn't grow up in a clean home and if anything was done it was usually done by me when I got sick of looking at it. So unfortunately I have a pretty high tolerance to clutter and dirt. Not a very attractive quality, but I admit it just the same. Ok, still can't find the damn checkbook. I should go look for it and maybe do some laundry. See that's helping out, if only I can remember to put the clothes in the dryer when I'm done!!! Grrrr. We are definitely making a chore chart because apparently I will never be a domestic goddess.
