Hey ya'll! How are you!? I hope very good! :) I received this prayer request through email today and it really just broke my heart....I thought I would ask you all to pray for him too! This boy needs all the prayers he can get! God bless you all!
"One of Bud's former co-workers,Becky Granzo, in Birmingham, Alabama, has asked for prayers. She has had temporary custody of a boy,Carl Dimeck, for the past two years.This boy's mother is a dope addict and an alcholic. She really doesn't care about her children. She just cares about the child support money that she gets. Becky has paid this boy's way and the mother has had the child support money. Since Becky is going to court to get permanent custody the mother is all upset and trying to block Becky's efforts. Becky would like prayers that this goes through without any problems. When Becky got this little boy he was 11yrs. old, he couldn't read and could only do math addition from one to ten. Now he is reading on a third grade level and can do addition and subtraction of much higher numbers and is learning division. He has made great progress and needs to continue. He doesn't want to live with his mother. He wants to stay with Becky and her family in the only real home he has ever known."
