OMFG.
So my laptop has decided that it hates its power cord and dies with a little whimper every time I try to coax it into recharging. (DRAMA QUEEN.) So I called up yonder CompUSA, who kindly informed me to back up all data I want saved before bringing it in. Because they might have to restart from scratch for an AC cord issue.
My [amount deleted] of mp3s! My panstakingly organized cat macros! My hundreds of hours of downloading 20MB of a Nurses Angel Ririka SOS episode! My hundreds of totally unorganized internet bookmarks! And lots of other things that I would totally miss if they were gone! NOOOOOOOOOOO!
To top it off, I probably won't be able to make it in to CompUSA tomorrow, because of a prior commitment that I've been trying to forget about. Which means that I am either going to be computerless or use this computer, my parents' hideous modem-connected Pentium. The keys are weird, the screen is blurry, and LJ's colors are liberally blotched with bits of purple. And I'm not going to spellcheck this entry, because the last time I did, it froze on me. Bitch.
So y'all are just going to have to live with the pain of not being able to scroll past more fangirling over Friday Night Lights; my yet-to-be-written manga reviews of Junjo Romantica, Emma, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Genshiken; my half-formed anime reviews of Red Garden, Princess Tutu, Kino's Journey, Stellvia of the Universe, Shamanic Princess, RG Veda, Black Cat, Solty Rei, and Pretear; and random memes and Caturdays for a while. (...Is this punishment for Caturday? Because I have no remorse. NONE.)
Also, why didn't anyone tell me that the Goong manwha had been liscensed? Okay, now I'm really feeling totally unloved by the universe.
