10 random things.
I'm not so happy about:
1. I went to the funeral mass for my friend's mother. Everyone cried. Everyone.
2. Bought books for the upcoming semester. $330 for four of my five classes. I don't HAVE $330. ARGH.
3. Ned's Bookstore, despite the fact that I have been in four times to ask about my Japanese coursepack, has not ordered the coursepack for Japanese 402. Only Japanese 402; 202 and 302 are in stock.
4. I'm tired. I'm tired when I wake up and I'm tired when I go to bed. It's irritating.
Meh, I'll live:
5. I've progressed to looking forward to classes now. Go me!
6. Actually managed to gather a group of people to go to the quasi-wake. Spent a good 6 hours there, just talking and eating. Despite the circumstances, it was good to see people again.
7. My parents offered to help with book expenses. I'm considering it.
8. Have had the "No more late fees" slogan explained to me in detail by competent Blockbuster employee. It makes sense now.
9. Video games with no redeeming features? I'm there.
10. Dentist appointment on Monday. Normally this is a bad thing, because I always walk away from a dentist's office in pain, but this is a celebration of the fact that I finally, finally have all of my health insurance back again. And that is truly reason to smile when the drill grinds into my teeth.
