Just wanted to say Kaiji isn't about mahjong ^_^;; It's a gambling manga :)

Akagi is the mahjong manga by the same mangaka :P

The Kobato cover is lovely; so much energy and colour! Ioryogi's expression is so exuberantly joyful that it makes me smile ^_^

It could well be the revival of an old one... there will be campaign and everything, as if it's already popular enough for that.

But it's CLAMP and even their new works are popular by default so the campaign would apply anyway... to help its promotion.

I love that Saya illustration from the manga, so lovely.. I got flashbacks to Rayearth era for some reason. Maybe it's the pose and school uniform. I didn't know there was a manga adaption though, gotta go look it up now/
