After such a long absence, I'm back to blogging again. LOL-
I blame Mapling for my lack of blogging these days....months..... ^^;;
Not much changes here and there. Home-wise, my bro and his family have moved out. Blissfully peaceful now without my nephew's constant antics. The elders prolly miss him more than they wanna admit. :P Meanwhile I have happily shifted my barang-barang into my bro's now vacant room. Hee.... :D
Work-wise, *ahem* no pay increment despite increased workload with the resignation of a colleague. No pay increment despite hike in GST. The government should be looking into getting pay increments for employees, esp with the constant 'upgraded' lifestyles. I just spent $80+ from buying household items, and none of them belongs to the food category. ~_~
Books-wise, got hooked on Marley and Me. I'm down to the chapter where I know its the saddest, and I'm waiting for a day when I'll be brave enough to breeze thru that chapter without turning into a running tap. Re-read Danielle Steel's Star, halfway thru Julia Quinn's The Secret Diaries of Miranda Cheever.
Manga-wise, loved Masami Tsuda's Eensy-Weensy Monster to bits!! Too cute for words!! Gakuen Alice has reached a new peak too. Skip Beat is getting draggy...... and Blue_Meddy has to collect her Silver Diamond and Hakkenden from me!! :D Time to meet up, 'Ma Ma'!!
Movies-wise, 881 and Rat-a-too-ee are great shows. Deserved to be watched. Watched Hot Fuzz as well, and this was one which caught me by surprise. I'm not one who's into British action/comedy, but this one definately got me glued to the screen. You can't help wanting to root for the Perfect Cop, and be sympathetic to his causes esp when he hollers at the police team, 'Is everyone here mad?!'
TV-wise, PrisonBreak is over.....it's over.....it's over..... Micheal-Scofield-less..... T-T
