The June Update :O

Jun 14, 2005 20:05

Yay! Sean made a livejournal! napper24!!

Nothing's new really. The seniors are graduating. We're taking our finals. I've made up my mind on the colleges I'm going to-- Holy crap! I've made up my mind? :O Yes, actually. I have!
1. American University (Washington, D.C.)
2. McGill University (Montréal, QC, CA)
3. Boston College (Chestnut Hill, MA)
4. Suffolk University (Boston, MA)
5. University of Bridgeport (Bridgeport, CT)
6. University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT)
AU's sort of a longshot. I can most probably make 2 down. TT____TT I really, really wanna go to AU though. It's my top choice! The list above is actually a list according to the difficulty of getting in. When it comes to which school I want to go to most... Well, it's as follows:
1. American University (Washington, D.C.)
2. University of Bridgeport (Bridgeport, CT)
3. Boston College (Chestnut Hill, MA)
4. Suffolk University (Boston, MA)
5. McGill University (Montréal, QC, CA)
6. University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT)
It's not much of a change, but it depicts where I'll go. It's either... D.C., New England, and not-as-likely Canada. Well, I'd like to go to a Kegger school, but circumstances say otherwise. (No, not just family. ;>>)

Oh, student government elections were today. I ran uncontested again. -___- I wish I had competition. No one ever (openly) runs against me.
President Kelli Langer
Vice President Serena Germain
Secretary Jay Chhoeun
Treasurer Matt Charlton

Representative Sam Bernardi
Representative Katie Colman
Representative Stacy Consiglio
Representative Amanda Lincoln
Representative Dan Olecki
>>' Personally, I can't believe Olecki was elected. Jade or Kayla should've assumed the position. It sort of makes me angry, but what does it matter?

WARNING! RANT!
Fitz and I have officially assumed the roles of "#1 Senior Prom Coordinators Saying HECK (me) / HELL (Sam) NO to a Joint Prom". Cazeault, Blanchette (xDD D!!), and Rosetti put out ballots to hear junior say in things. What? What? You think they matter? When the Class of '05 wanted a joint prom, '06 said a definite FREAKING HELL NO to it, but we were forced into a joint prom anyway. What makes you, as underclassmen, think you'll have your way over us, the senior class? You'll never have your way unless, I, yes, I, agree to it. 36 no - 33 yes. Wow. No joint prom.

I don't want a joint prom. I don't like the junior / sophomore class. Apparently half our class feels the same.

I'm going to be a senior. Wow.
