sometimes...
just got home.
that was quite tiring! i think that the longest time i've spent talking at work so far.
there were so may patients, i think i've seen about 120 or more today. i shouldn't really trust the estimates politicians give coz there were more than 500 patients if i'm not mistaken. it's just like the old days when we do med missions if you're not on duty. thankfully, the other dept helped out because the 5 of us would have been dead tired before the day is over. there were just quite a lot of kids.
sometimes, i'm wondering why did i pick this job. maybe i should have followed what my dad wanted and took up Law instead.
but that smile of gratitude, that rush you get when you've help alleviate people's suffering even for just a little while, that earnest look... that is enough to get me by sometimes.
