Self portraits
I don't usually post much of anything here but I feel like posting some art today
it's time for all art classes everywhere to start giving self portrait assignments!
this is one of 3 that need to be done by the end of November - _ -;
at least with self portraits you have more artistic freedom that with everything else though.....
this is the final draft that I decided on for my conceptual one for my drawing class, we had to
either draw a bunch of stuff that represents us or we could do a double self portrait with two of us interacting (that one is adorable but my professor didn't seem to like it too much so I chose this one)
this is just a quick sketch of it that we had to do in our sketchbooks which I cleaned up a little

it's done!!~ changed it a little though
finished about 30 minutes before it was due today in class ^^;
I really like how it turned out, some things could be shaded a bit better but I need some brighter pastels for that
if you know me, it'll probably make perfect sense to you (since the people in class that don't know me very well all said that they could tell it was my self portrait from a mile away)
I hate how my self-portrait for figure drawing came so you're just going to have use your imagination because I'm not going to post it
BONUS
I took 2D Design during the summer and of course, we had a self portrait there too
but it was a hideous realism painting that was driving me nuts so I doodled this cute version on its border
no I won't upload a pic of the one I turned in
