Maybe it's just early and i'm cranky, but THIS is the dumbest thing ever. Let my quote the most important part:
"He said the teen drove the construction vehicle up to 30 miles per hour at times with as many as 15 police cruisers chasing him."
30 miles per hour
and they needed 15 cars to chase him? and the only way to get it to stop is to fire? i mean really!
