Tech: Hi, Welcome to Tivo Technical Support, how may I help you?
Me: Hi, I want to use Tivo To Go software to burn DVDs, but I have a Mac, and cannot find the right software. Is there Mac software that will let me burn DVDs?
Tech: Ok, you have a Mac? And you want to burn DVDs?
Me: Yes.
*Pause*
Tech: Are you using Windows 2.0?
Me: No, I have a Mac....
*Pause*
Tech: Ok, what version of Windows are you using?
Me: I have a MAC, no windows! MAC!
*Long Pause*
Tech: Ok, so thats a Mac then?
Me: YES!
*Longer Pause*
Tech: Ok, I need to transfer you to our Mac tech support, next time let us know that you are using a Mac sooner.
Me: *to new annoying hold music* #@*&!!!!!!!!!

I've been on the phone for fifteen minutes now, and that is all that has been said. The conversation above literally took six minutes....
And really, this isn't even for me, its for my mom.... oi....

UPDATE: I finnaly get the mac guy and in literally two minutes he has not only helped me with that question, but two others as well! Go Mac Tech GUY! YAY!

PS: ammusingly enough, his name was Jarrod....
