Another Self-Indulgent Rant aka *thud*
I have emailed TWENTY-ONE different people about apartments, only half of which are even kind of conveniently located... Five of them have emailed me back, four of those to tell me they'd already gotten a roommate... The last seemed interested, offered to meet up sometime today between 3 and 5 at "a cafe." I emailed her saying I'd be at a specific cafe from noon (when I got off work) to five. No word, no show.
If anyone's thinking of spending five hours sitting in a coffee shop, bring a jacket.
Back to digging through Craigslist for listings. Thank GOD I have a job at least. Just wish I had an apartment to spend upon...
