Upping the game
Ugh, I can't believe it's already been a whole freakin' year since Thane pumpkin. Time passes so quickly now and I still haven't accomplished anything career-wise. Blegh. Oh well, guess that means it's time to distract myself from my depressing life by immersing myself in totally inane hobbies! PUMPKIN CARVING TIME.
I'm spending the last two weeks of Halloween at my friend's place in SF, so it'll be another pumpkin that didn't actually make it to Halloween because I have to carve it before I leave on Thursday =T I upgraded my tools so hopefully it won't take me AS long, but I doubt it. I'll probably try to simplify the pattern a little bit more to drive myself less insane, but somehow taking on a monumentally huge challenge feels more fun. Originally I was going to try to break away from the ME theme, but I googled Star Wars pumpkins and holy hell, intimidation. I probably won't carve a SW pumpkin until I'm certain I can lovingly recreate a perfect likeness of Ewan McGregor's face.
If anything it'll be amusing to see how big of disaster this will be lol.
