"I'm sexier!" Takaki bragged, with a smug look on his face.

"I'm smarter!" Inoo retorted, hands on his hips wishing that he could've been sexier.

"I'm more popular!" Takaki countered.

"I'm girlier!" he blurted out without thinking. Well, after all, he was feminine... not that he was proud of it...

"Who the hell wants to be girlier?"

"Too bad! I win that category!" Inoo confirmed and then stuck out his tongue.

Takaki smirked. "Pfft. Lame. Doesn't that mean that I'm manlier?"

Inoo's cringed and then burst out, "Your acting skills suck! You fail at being a bad-ass!"

"Like you could do a better job? Go and crossdress!" Takaki told him. Inoo's lips twitched and felt the need to strangle the older boy in front of him. Crossdress? Hell no. He was about to say something back when he heard a familiar voice go, "Ehhh?"

"Dai-chan!" he exclaimed in surprise and tried to gain some composure.

"Inoo-chan, Takaki-kun... what are you two talking about?" Daiki raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Nothing at all!" Inoo quickly said, folding his hands across his back.

Takaki rubbed his head and muttered, "Just talking..."

The shorter boy pouted and Inoo melted at the sight. Daiki and pouting combined together was just too adorable.

"Why won't you guys tell me anything? Just because you two are older and taller than me!" Daiki sulked.

"Dai-chan... how about we go to the amusement park and ride those roller coasters?" Takaki grinned.

Inoo clenched his fists tightly. Why did Takaki have to like Daiki, too? He saw him first! He didn't even know when Takaki started liking the cute BEST member. It had only happened a few days ago...

"Ne, Inoo-chan... Can you keep a secret?" Takaki asked nervously.

"Of course!" Inoo wondered what Takaki had to hide anyways.

"I... like Dai-chan... as in like like," Takaki finally stated.

"You can't..." Inoo mumbled.

Takaki frowned. "What do you mean by that?"

"You just can't!" Inoo protested. He didn't want Takaki to know of his crush on Daiki. And he didn't want/need a rival either.

"Why? Don't tell me you like Dai-chan, too!" accused Takaki.

"N-no! Y-you're j-just assuming th-things!" Why the hell was he stuttering?

And here they were... fighting over who's better and...Daiki.

Stupid Takaki knew of his weakness but too bad it wasn't going to work since the older boy had some fears himself. "Ne Dai-chan! We should go to the park and feed some pigeons!"

Inoo glared at Takaki over Daiki's head.

"Umm... can't we go to both?" Daiki cocked his head.

"But we don't have much time!" Takaki whined as he flashed him a puppy look.

Inoo wouldn't back down so he squatted to the other side of Daiki and showed him his best shining, shoujo anime eyes face he learned from reading mangas.

Daiki's eyes shifted from Takaki and Inoo. "I don't know!!!" he finally said in frustration.

"Choose the one you want to go to more..." Inoo suggested, hoping that Daiki would choose him.

"But... I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings..." Daiki lowered his head in guilt.

"Don't worry... the other person can go with you another time..." Takaki glanced up, eyes full of anticipation.

"Umm... I'm not sure..." Daiki murmured shyly. A few minutes passed as both guys stared up to Daiki. "I... want to go... with Takaki-kun..."

Takaki's mouth curved into a smile as he stood up and did a victory dance. Inoo's face fell in disappointment and was about to stalk away when Daiki continued, "...some other time... I'm deciding to go with Inoo to watch the pigeons coo and eat. Goumen, Takaki-kun..." Daiki added.

Inoo refrained himself from cheering in victory. Takaki suddenly halted hearing those words.

"I hope you aren't sad? Are you mad? I knew this was a bad idea. This is why I hate doing this kind of thing. I'm really sorry, Takaki-kun. Please forgive me? I didn't mean to so I would understand if you hate me and wouldn't want to hang out with me anymore. This wouldn't be good for JUMP and all but I can't seem to please everyone and-"

Daiki got cut off when Takaki placed a finger over the younger boy's lips. "It's alright, Dai-chan..." He gave a bitter smile and whispered in his ear, "I need to tell you something when you get back, alright?"

Inoo was fuming inside with the proximity of them together. Especially when Takaki touched Daiki's lips... Inoo didn't have much time. He had to confess before Takaki could even have the chance!

"What do you mean when we get back? You're coming with us!" Daiki declared.

"Whaaat?" Inoo complained but stopped when Daiki gave him a look.

"Don't be mean, Inoo-chan. The more the merrier, right?"

Inoo wanted to sulk. Why did Daiki have to be such a nice person in inviting Takaki? He was going to ruin everything! But... he dawned on a realization. Takaki wouldn't dare go anyways since they were going to be near pigeons. And Daiki would see how uncool Takaki was... screaming like a girl... and maybe the birds flying around would poop on him...

Takaki seemed taken back. "I'm going with you?"

"You don't want to? I still felt so guilty and wanted to make it up to you..." Daiki stated softly.

"Wait... I'll go..." Takaki mumbled.

"Yay! I'm so glad! I'll invite another person along!" Daiki skipped out the door with that.

"I'm glad you're coming with us." Inoo plastered on a fake smile.

"What are you up to?" Takaki asked, confused.

"That way... we'll both have an equal chance to pursue Dai-chan," Inoo simply answered. "All's fair in love and war." Inoo knew he had the advantage anyways.

Takaki didn't say anything as he picked up his bag along with Daiki's. He raised up his head and smirked. "Well, I'm going to win," he said confidently.

"We'll see about that," Inoo retorted. He was confident that he was going to win this time...

"I'm baaack!" Daiki yelled out, interrupting the moment. "Yama-chan is coming with us! So let's go!"

When they reached the park, it was full of benches, surrounded by many blooming trees and lush grass. Of course, there were definitely tons of pigeons.

Takaki freaked out when one walked towards him. He yelped and jumped behind Yamada.

Daiki turned around. "Is something the matter, Takaki-kun?"

"Nope! Nothing at all, Dai-chan. Don't worry about me!" Takaki replied sweetly.

Inoo snickered, seeing Takaki all jumpy.

"Ne, Inoo-chan... do you like Dai-chan?" Yamada asked.

Inoo blushed instantly. Thank god, Daiki had already gone ahead to plop down on the bench or else it would've been more embarrassing. "Wh-what are y-you t-talking about?"

Yamada pursed his lips together. Finally he opened them and said, "Denial..." He walked away, leaving a baffled Inoo.

What the heck was that? How did Yamada even know? And he wasn't in denial... he liked Daiki... but just couldn't say it out loud... He glanced up and saw Takaki sitting next to Daiki, laughing about something. Inoo stomped over and sat himself in between them.

"Inoo-chan? You could've sat next to Takaki on that other side..." Daiki blinked at him.

Inoo started to turn red with Daiki staring at him and looked at the ground, twiddling his fingers.

"Ne, Takaki-kun... can you leave us alone for a little bit?" Daiki requested.

"Sure." Takaki smiled and went over to Yamada, lying on the grass.

Inoo bit his lower lip and glanced up anxiously at Daiki.

"Is something wrong?" Daiki looked at him with that adorable, concerned face.

"Wh-why d-do you a-ask?" Inoo stammered, face getting warmer. They had never been alone with each other because... Takaki was always in the way. It was now or never. "I... w-want to t-tell you s-something..."

Daiki cocked his head to the side cutely. "What is it?"

Inoo held his breath and leaned in, gently holding Daiki's cheek. It was a soft yet innocent kiss and then Inoo pulled back, flushed. "I... like you..."

Daiki was silent for a while and finally mumbled, "Took you long enough..." He encircled his arms around Inoo's torso. "I like you, too..."

"Wh-what? R-really?" Inoo couldn't believe this was actually happening.

"Yeah, really..." Daiki buried his head in Inoo's chest, getting comfortable. Inoo hugged him back, running his fingers through his hair.

"Thank god, I had confessed before Takaki." Inoo sighed out in relief.

Daiki pulled back, perplexed. "Eh? Takaki-kun? What are you talking about?"

"Takaki was going to confess to you later today..." murmured Inoo.

"Why would Takaki-kun confess to me?" Daiki tilted his head the other way.

"Because he likes you?"

"Inoo-chan... sorry to break it to you... but I don't think Takaki-kun is the type to cheat."

"Eh?" Now Inoo was beyond confused.

Daiki pointed to Takaki and Yamada. Inoo's jaw dropped open in shock. Yamada was sitting on Takaki's lap, kissing the older boy. The 7 member broke away but Takaki wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling him back for another one. "They've been together for quite a while now. I don't know how you didn't even notice."

"B-but... Takaki told me that he liked you!" This wasn't even making sense anymore. What was going on?

"Even if he did like me... I would still like you the best..." Daiki assured him, leaning forward. Inoo smiled and kissed him tenderly.

OMAKE:

"Yama-chan... did you know that Takaki likes Dai-chan?" Inoo confronted Yamada in the dressing room.

Yamada had on a nonchalant look.

"I mean, I know that you're already with him and all... but how can you stay with him when he has feelings for another?" Inoo wasn't trying to be prejudice against Takaki... but he thought this was the best thing to do.

Yamada continued to be silent, his expression not faltering at all.

"I'm sorry but I had to tell you this... and you must be feeling very sad knowing this."

"..." Yamada bit his bottom lip.

"Don't keep it all inside. Cry if you need to... express your feelings..." Inoo continued, hoping that the younger boy wouldn't break down hearing the dreadful news.

Yamada opened his mouth to say something but closed it, frowning.

"Or are you the silent type that cries in the inside? And writes in your journal? I'm like that, too. I write down all my feelings and feel relieved after."

"What are you, stupid?" Yamada finally said.

"Eh?"

"Takaki was only helping you confess to Daiki so he made you jealous. Guess it worked since you two got together," Yamada answered with a blank look. His expression lit up when Takaki walked into the room. He bounced to the older boy and hugged him.

Takaki ruffled Yamada's hair and then threw an innocent look at Inoo. "Are you sure that you're smarter and my acting skills suck?"
