Yamada couldn't fall asleep last night and kept tossing and turning. He stared at the ceiling, wide awake and doing nothing. Yamada officially got off of bed around 10AM and did his morning routine of taking a shower, getting dressed, brushing his teeth, eating breakfast, and walking his two dogs. All too quickly, noon came in a flash and he cooked ramen for himself. He was still a bit hungry and wondered what snack he should get. Yamada was in the mood for cake and he knew the perfect place to get some. His favorite cafe was only a few blocks away and he hadn't been there for quite a while.

He ordered a strawberry cake from the sweets cafe. Obviously, he had his hat and sunglasses on. He heard whisperings and giggles from girls around him, but his name wasn't mentioned. As he waited for his cake, he glanced out the window and thought that this was the way of life. Yamada could finally relax.

Somehow, dust got into his eyes and he took off his sunglasses to wipe his eye. Unfortunately, he forgot that he was in a public place. Also, a clumsy waitress bumped into him, causing his hat to fall off.

The waitress stared at him with huge eyes and instantly, Yamada knew that the girl recognized him along with the other rabid fangirls in the cafe. There was a moment of silence before squeals were heard. He cursed under his breath and made a run for it.

He heard a bunch of hyperactive fangirls calling out his name behind him and sprinted. Turning a corner, luckily, he spotted a guy heading out.

As the young man was about to close the door, Yamada pushed him in without warning and closed the door, breathing hard.

The brunette guy stared at him like he was out of his mind. "What the-"

"I don't have much time," Yamada interrupted him, not even sure what he was doing himself. "I'll explain later," he added quickly, though in reality, he didn't know how to explain.

Yamada thought fast of how to get out of this situation. He knew that the girls were bound to come and yes, they were crazy enough to knock on stranger's doors and shove their way in to see if he was hiding anywhere in there. Yamada shuddered at the thought of his previous experiences with them.

He scanned the appearance of the taller boy, who wore a tie and a buttoned-up collared shirt tucked inside his trousers. If only he... that could work. He tiptoed to the older boy and began unbuttoning his shirt. Yamada's heart pounded hard against his chest as he continued to execute his idea. Was it from excitement? Anxiety? Yamada didn't care as long as he could escape this situation.

"Hey..." a deep voice pried into his thoughts.

Yamada glanced up, still managing to pop the buttons. The guy's expression was one of confusion and disbelief as if he saw a pig with wings fly. Right, to any sane person, this looked completely wrong. "I'm not asking for sex so just let me do this! I'm running out of time!" he exclaimed, making the latter quiet. Yamada nimbly opened the shirt, loosened the tie and began unbuckling the pants, pulling down the zipper a bit. He visibly flinched when he heard a small groan and blushed. Though this was no time to be embarrassed. To add the final touch, he ruffled up his hair.

The doorbell rang and Yamada panicked. "Just make them leave," Yamada told him before rushing into a random room. Yamada found his way to what he assumed to be the bedroom. He crawled under the covers and hid under, hoping for the best.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Takaki was having a good day and thought that nothing could ruin it. He must've jinxed it because as he was whistling and getting ready to head to class, a random boy shoved him back inside his apartment.
At first glance, he realized that the smaller one was the popular idol his sister fawned over yesterday. Though he didn't know why this Yamada Ryosuke was inside his apartment, stripping him. And the worse part was that he was actually letting him do this to him! Any sane person would've pushed him off already.
Many thoughts ran through his head at the action. And the main one was the fact that maybe his impression on this guy who seemed to ask fangirls to rape him actually was true. The younger boy must have realized what he was thinking when Yamada told him that he wasn't asking for sex. It was kind of hard to believe him, especially when Yamada accidentally brushed a certain area he shouldn't had been touching.
Takaki bit his bottom lip, feeling more than awkward though Yamada didn't seem bothered at all. He was grateful when the idol began tousling his hair. He wasn't sure what to do after Yamada told him to make "them" leave when the doorbell rang. Who was "them"? Well, certainly, Yamada feared them. And whoever "them" was, they were really loud. Even more loud than his sister. Was that an ear-piercing squeal he heard? And were they chanting Yamada's name?
He glanced at the mirror before opening the door. Was that the singer's goal? To make it look like he was screwing someone? Because it looked like it.
A group of huddled fangirls became quiet when they saw him. It was obvious why Yamada was trying to escape from them. "What do you want?" he asked them nonchalantly.
Takaki heard hushed whispers ranging from "This guy is hot" to "You don't think Yama-chan..." to "He looks like a playboy."He twitched at the playboy comment. Takaki wanted them to leave already. Even though he didn't like it, he made use of the playboy comment. He leaned against the doorframe and in a husky voice said, "Can't you see that I'm busy?'
The fangirls automatically apologized and left. The last comment he heard was, "Whoever the girl is, she's so lucky~ I wish I could be her~" Takaki slammed the door, feeling beyond irritated and disturbed. In a way, Takaki knew how Yamada felt, but he must've have had it hard.
His cell started to ring and he picked it up. "What?!" he snapped.
"Don't you 'what' me!" a familiar voice yelled back softly.
"Sorry, Inoo. I'm not having the best day right now. Why did you call?" Takaki asked, rubbing the back of his neck. Inoo had been his childhood friend for a while now. They didn't go to the same middle school or high school but somehow ended up going to the same college by fate. Similar to when they were kids, Inoo and he got along very well with each other.
"Do you know what time it is?" Inoo asked quietly.
Takaki blinked and looked at his cellphone. "Crap! I'm late for class!" No wonder Inoo was whispering to him. "See you there, Inoo!" He quickly hung up but then realized that Yamada was still in his place. Takaki ran his fingers through his own hair, deciding whether to just head for class or find Yamada.
He opted for the latter option since that was the most logical thing to do. Even though he hated being late. More like he was never late before.
Takaki remembered Yamada heading for his bedroom and he opened the door. He saw a bump under his covers and said, "They're gone now."
He received no answer. How unusual. Takaki went closer and in a louder voice repeated, "They're gone now." But still, there was no movement. He lifted up the covers to see the idol curled up with his eyes closed, fast asleep. "Hey you." Takaki touched Yamada's shoulder and shook him a bit. "Yamada, wake up." The younger boy murmured nonsense and turned on his side.
Takaki sighed and decided to write a note instead. He tucked Yamada inside the covers and quickly headed for class.
