No, I do not think you do.

Firstly, he is guilty of attacking others. Even if he was influenced/manipulated/what-have-you, he has to be punished. If every criminal claims to be influenced by a supernatural power, there will be no law anymore.

Secondly, the purpose of protective custody is to protect HIM. Not to protect others FROM him.

Protective Custody is sugar-coated words for detainment! Do I have to remind you sir, where we put those people that under "protective custody" in Gotei 13?

I will not speak to you until you realize what you've just wrongly accused me of. I'd expected a member of the Gotei 13 to be more sensible, mature and responsible. As you are behaving now- this conversation is over.
