First off, prior to its premiere, there had been much wank regarding the new pair, Claude and Alois. Fans wanted their beloved Sebby and Ciel back after all eh who could blame them? those two were all kinds of awesome. Now as much as i enjoyed their exploits, i was quite curious to check out the dynamic between the 2nd pair. Well judging from the trailer...
it seems that we have ourselves a more outgoing (albeit a bit of a whiny) Master this time and hey i see tons of slashy potential once again (perhaps more). You know Alois could be all poor wittle uke and be troubled by his past and ask Claude to hold him and fuck him *coughs* anyway
Now while Ciel has his mark on his eye, Alois has it on his tongue. Oh and he seems to be on very friendly terms with his butler. You could say they're pretty close

He happens to be very clingy affectionate towards Claude and the latter is quite nonchalant about the whole thing uhhh DID I MENTION THAT CLAUDE CAN TAPDANCE? That's right, we've got ourselves a tapdancing butler. His table preparation scene alone confuses and yet amuses the hell outta me.
And when it's Takahiro Sakurai voicing said butler, it will look badass.

I guess by this point on, we can clearly describe Alois Trancy as the POLAR OPPOSITE of Ciel. Little Miss Sunshine with rainbows and unicorns flying out of his ass
right?
WRONG!!!
I may have forgotten to mention that he has a bit of a ~mean streak~ err well you know he just...GOUGED OUT HIS MAID'S EYE WITH HIS FINGER. You know, bratty stuff like that. Later on in the episode he was pulling her hair and calling her a whore so yeah. Oh, and he REALLY hates his uncle.
THIS SCENE *shudders*
Although you can't really blame the kid for ending up as fucked as he got considering his tragic background. Now from what i gather in this episode, Alois' past consists of being kidnapped and getting stuck in a village, mother committing suicide because of this and his father searching for him. Also if the opening scene is anything to go by, he was either raped or had sex for money? (WHO WAS THAT FAT MIDDLE AGED BLOND DUDE IN BED WITH HIM? D8) Even so, DAMN what is his beef with Hannah the maid? Seriously. I am also quite fond of the butler triplets there.

He mysteriously shows up on their front door late at night seeking shelter. Claude the butler is outright suspicious of the man but Alois being the saucy little minx that he is, invites him in anyway. SCORE!
Needless to say, there was much tension between the two semes while he was being fed dinner. Afterwards, Alois being an uke on a mission went into Mr. Marauder's room to engage in a little sexy tiemz chit-chat regarding said man's suitcase.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX MAN? WHAT'S IN THE BOX?!
Said chit-chat led them to the basement then they talk some more while Alois shows off some rare herbal junk to impress Mr. Marauder and then Claude arrives going all jealous seme on his ass and attacks. That and the rare herbal junk was snatched away. In the midst of the attack though, the cloak falls to reveal

and what was in the suitcase?
A KID IN A BOX!
Sebastian (and Ciel in a Box!) are able to escape but not before pretty much calling Alois a dirty skank ho (i'm paraphrasing here). This hurts our poor blondie's feelings and so Claude goes and comforts his wittle ukeppi.
D'AWWWWW Moment
The herbal junk is revealed to be the super speshul ring and then CIEL LIVES!
Oh gawd i just remembered something, if they're the protagonists once more then that means ELIZABETH WILL BE BACK and *watches the preview for next ep* DAMN i was right. nuuuuuuuuuuuu...
In the end, rather than being turned off by Alois, i have taken quite a liking to him! After all, i do love my PSYCHOTIC BLOND BITCHES (exhibit A: Mello from Death Note) I think our Alois may be a touch manic depressive?
because YOU KNOW he's gonna turn up as an antagonist or some sort of obstacle for Sebastian and Ciel. I am looking forward to some crazy ass schemes from you so DON'T LET ME DOWN NOW YA HEAR? Come on, i can't be the only member of the Alois aka crazy ass bitch Trancy fanclub? :D
I've got to hand it to the Kuro team, that was one hell of a psyche out for the fans. They really know how to stir things up as it certainly got everyone talking about the 2nd season premiere! There's no such thing as bad publicity after all~
