As the title says I'm not at home. I'm at my sister's house sitting in get this A KITCHEN. Le gasp! Yes, I'm sitting at an actual kitchen table as I type this. It's refreshing to see a clean kitchen. I bet the lot of you on my friends list are curious as to what it is I escaped. I have some pictures of the mess at home that I was showing off to some people I normally chat with. For some odd reason my brother wanted a visual update as to the state of our house and mom made me be in charge of getting those photos and sending them to him. So for the remainder of the week I'm going to be at my sister's house.
The State of the Kitchen:
Kitchen mess part one Kitchen mess part two Kitchen mess part three The paper in the pictures is currently in the process of coming down. The lights hanging from the wires are the can lights we had inside the soffit that ran the entire length of the kitchen on any wall with a cabinet and over any counter tops we had. You can see where things need to be drywalled in that last photo. Those cabinets (as represented by the door in photo one) were thirty-one years old and needed to be replaced. The kitchen honestly looks smaller without anything in it. It'll be interesting to see how far things will be when I head back home. So you have the remainder of the week to check out the photos and then I'll be removing them from my photobucket to clear up the space.
Oh and as to the reason for the mood, my neck and legs are very sore from yesterday's workout with the trainer. The legs I kind of expected but not the neck and that scared me some today.
