Had a wonderful night last night. Donna was late, as per usual XD. Had tacos (because of some miscommunication we ordered 2 extra .__.) and lemon lime and bitters (yes, the ordering was something like "15 chicken tacos, 12 chilli, and 2 beans, and 5 lemon lime and bitters, thanks :D).
Then we bobbled off to Gelari's for some half-priced waffles and icecreams, and Calie, Rachael 'n I took off for the cinemas to see The Grudge.
Without giving anything away, I can safely say that I'm never going to feel safe in elevators, stairwells, or my bed ever again. Little children shall be viewed with mistrust, and old japanese houses will never be entered. I shall never answer my phone or the door again unless someone warns me they're calling -- and even then I might not answer O_O
Having said all that, it really wasn't that bad. Not as bad (scary) as The Ring, but I think the entire..us coming out at 11:30pm and trying to race home before the witching hour didn't help. It took me a while to settle myself down so I could sleep. But after that I slept with no worries :)
Rachael however...... kept the light on all night, and didn't get to sleep until 5:30am.... Poor girl XD
Home now, didn't wake up til 12:30, and I lazed around at Calie's place for ages. Helped her with some things, then decided I should get home. Only, didn't realise it was 4pm @_@.. yipe. Late day.
We also have a new pony ^_________^
Went out yesterday while it was pissing down with rain -- not the best time to go look for horses when you're interested particularly in their colour, as they're all muddy and wet. But oh so cute!
We chose Golden Girl, a 2 year old mare who's done some halter showing. She's a sweetiepie. We need to baby-proof the place and make her a special paddock. Since we only had larger horses here, we only have 4 strands of wire. She'd just wriggle through that. So need ringlock and stuff :D. She'll be here next week ^_________^ YAAAAAYYYY new pony!!
And now, I'm off to watch Tuesdays with Morrie. Adios!
