Ren's Weekend
Donna's 21st was loverly. I came early, at about quart' to 6 and informed her I was there to take her presents as they came in ^___^
We'd gotten her some elegant earrings, and a lil tiny trinket box, which had some more earrings in them, and the adoption certificate (of which her friends said the Orangutans were adopting her XD), which also had the magazine and a small broach too :) So spoilt was she :D. And all her other mates had pitched in to buy her a huge cd stereo system with 3-disc changer and subwoofer love.
Lots of people there -- most I didn't know and .__. it seems my friends are I are kinda anti-social. Not really our fault, we just seem to talk about Honours and graduating and stuffies and don't realise that most people are all O_o at that stuff >< Even when we were in the middle of everyone, we were still all alone in our liddle group XD
Tho' we did talk to Barret and Adrian. I leave conversing to other people up to Calie; I durno what to say in those situations but she does @_@..
Love the Italians lol. They had this accordian and were playing that and Donna's dad was singing. They call themselves the Three Tenors XD
Good food, and there was even a pig's head... Which no, I did not eat. It looked kinda..ick. Calie graced us with stories of how they make 1000 year old eggs in Japan while we ate XD.
Donna's dad said a loverly speech about her, and the cake was pure chocolate love. Mud cake, thick choco icing, even the stars were pure sugary goodness.
Didn't leave til midnight, and dragged Calie back to my place for sleeps. Mou... had a good dream in the morning cept then Calie's phone rang and woke me up. In the middle of a Buffy-esque dream...
Showed Calie the mustangs before we toddled down to get macca's for brekkie, and silly me forgot to get some OJ so I was all ;o; @ nothing to wash it down with.
On the way home I dropped in to the Military Markets (and sorta wondered if they're like flea markets, except I imagined the flea markets to be bigger, since Mari did get lost lots in it @__@), and brought myself some new sunnies (:O NICCA We have new sunnies! YAY) and got Mari some more YuGiOh cards to feed her obsession :D.
I'm testing out a new isp.. loading of pages seems to take longer on this one, but I'll see how it goes when I put a new 56K modem in. I'll be changing everything up on Monday I think.. Chris and I have to coordinate it all because my tower will become the gateway and I'll steal the current gateway tower. Drag the HD out and install all the new hardware. Theoretically all my stuff should stay where it is, but I'm going to burn My Docs and other things... And mebe install XP O.o.. Dunno. But I'll be able to play Half-Life 2!! YAY! And don't worry about me being gone for ages, rofl. I can only play it for like..20 mins at a time coz of motion sickness XD
Tuesday night I'm gonna be going out to have cheap Tuesday Taco's,a nd cheap Tuesday waffles, and go see a cheap movie :D We luff Tuesdays, and we're cheap, so it all works out :D
Gonna go see Grudge. And since it's gonna scare us, Calie's invited me back to her house to hide there XD Since she's all alone at home atm, and we can build an almighty fort out of pillows and cushions :D
Need to pay my Netfactory isp bill..Meh.
Going up to Rachael's place on Thursday to visit her shetland pony, Huckleberry. Mummie wants a liddle palomino, and she's looking for maybe a miniature horse or shetland. Must be pally, so mum can show it when Man shows Miss Te XD. I'll probably transfer all my pent-up need to love a horse onto the pony, so it'll get mucho lovings from me.
My bro had his friend sleep over last night -- thank gawd I wasn't here lol. Poor Pebbles didn't get much sleep either; she was up barking at them all night. So she's crashed on my bed, fast asleep and happy that I'm home.
And....that's a heck of a long update and maybe I should stop now :D And insert lil ljcuts everywhere so people's flists aren't suffocated by my blatherings. @_@..
