Alright. I know I'm a young girl in an old world, but I'm really getting tired of those "I remember when I was your age" comments... I'm tired of being looked down on as naive or stupid simply because of my age. I don't know how to correct it. Sure, I can play the fool. I can play at being young and innocent, but its not always the case. Believe it or not, I really do understand most of whats going on in my own world. I love playing Legynds but I'm tired of being accepted based upon being Brent's girlfriend as opposed to being Stephanie. It just bugs me. Employers do it too and I'm not sure which bothers me worse.

Brent got a job. Its currently an unpaid internship thing for the next month or so, but its a job. Training sucks and its entirely commission based, but he does his job well. Anyone need a job? He's a corporate recruiter. 8-10 hours per week will get you an extra $1000 per month. :D So yeah.
I got fired from Home Depot. The whole thing was bullshit. You guys know me well enough to know that I'm not a person who takes my honesty and integrity lightly. They fired me for having a complete lack of it and that, basically, I was under suspicion of theft. Yeah...
I'm sorting through friends and acquaintances again. Its that time of year, apparently. I've recently learned that there is a betting pool on when Brent and I are going to break up. I thought the notion was cute, since we're engaged and all. Assholes. What kind of a person can call you friend and have a betting pool against your relationship and be trying to persuade you into breaking up? I'm telling myself that they know how stubborn I am and that they're just trying to force us closer together in tough times by telling me that I can't. I'm good at lying to myself, but its the only way I can stand to even see these people. But seriously, how can they still call me friend after that? After looking down on me because I'm not in school yet and I'm younger than they are, thus I must be stupid. Grar.

I have a fish! he/she (I dont know its gender) is a white Koi. About five inches long. It had a friend in the store that was orange. They were in the same tank and I bought the pair of them. When I got them home, the white one ate the orange one. It was creepy. Its name is MuShu. They were a birthday gift from Nik so he named them. Brent was kinda mad cause he had wanted to get me fish, but I told him that fishies die and I'd end up needing another one eventually anyhow and he could get one then. This and later *ahem* activities seemed to cheer him a bit, but he wasnt a fan of his toes being stepped on like that.
Found an amusing webcomic. Wapsi Square. The main character, Monica, reminds me of me. *nod*
Went to Dragon Con. It was... an experience... We got 4 day passes for $40 for working for the Legynds booth for 8 hours, but really it was too crowded to go do any of the events. I think the headcount was some 88K or so? I feel expensive. I bought myself a red leather bodice dress thing... its pretty. kidskin leather. High quality stuff. It was $225. I had $270something saved up in pennies and stuff from the last year, so thats what i used for my con monies. Its the only thing I got, but its officially the most expensive piece of clothing I own now. But its soooo sexy... *nods*
I feel like a babbling bimbo now...
