This sauce is awesome. Zero fat, low glycemic.
1/3 cup cucumber: peeled, seeded, finely chopped*
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tsp fresh or 1 tsp dry dill
1 tsp dijon mustard
fresh ground black pepper
Mix together in a bowl. Enjoy with salmon, tuna, swordfish.
*If you want a really smooth sauce, you could make this in a food processor.
