Alright yall! The Olympics start tomorrow and like half the knitters online I am competing in the Knitting Olympics. My goal? The Peacock Feathers Shawl! I have no idea if I can actually do this in 16 days but it is going to be crazy fun/crazy insane to try.
I have finished my Clapotis and worn it everywhere to many ooos and ahhhs. Its been pretty hard for the past two days not having something on the needles. I didn't want to start anything new right before the Olympics. I didn't even have anything to work on at Stitch n Bitch last night but I went anyway because they are all so cool. Especially since the one chick I don't like didn't come. I won some Sockatta self pattering sock yarn in the drawing. It about killed me not to cast it on. They are super cool to watch work up.
