(no subject)
will's had what appears to be a combination of the flu and a cold for over a week now, and i've only had it for half that time, thankfully. which means i got to look after him when he was at his worst, and now i think we've drawn even on the illness side as he's getting better and i'm going downhill. ^^;
although i think i just have plain ol' flu as i've not had hardily anything of a cold, just a sore throat straight away, swollen gland wossnames in the throat, headache, aching ears, high temp, etcetcetc. some kind friends have done a bit of shopping for us, getting us essentials such as toilet paper the evening before a national holiday and so forth. we're really lucky to know people like this. ^^
they brought us soup yesterday, it was so nice to drink!
and today, after a night of no sleep due to swallowing leaving a bitter tasting pain at the back of my throat, causing me to feel ill and need to swallow more, cycle repeats, blaaah.. i've lost my voice.
i need to pop to the pharmacy today, will's is going to have to act as my translator. :p
