Would rosetta stone help? If you are really dedicated to it...I'd say asking for it for christmas ;). Or if you're not christian...for your birthday. Or if that's not coming up soon...because your parents love you XD.

I checked out Rosetta Stone and it looks quite easy to learn a language using that program but the 3 sets cost $499 and I don't really think I would be willing to ask my parents to buy something of that value for me. But thank you very much for helping! And congratulations on being the first person to post on my journal!!! *Throws confetti* :)

hm...you'd be surprised. Clubs and sports and such really cost around that neighborhood...so if you gave up those for that I think they might go for it...plus that would show you were serious ;)

Well I don't really play sports or join any clubs because I'm more of an academic student (not to mention I'm extremely clumsy) and I got an Ipod touch just a month ago as an early birthday present. (My birthday's on the 26th of September.) So I feel really bad when I ask for things.
