Someone stole my icon that I've made for myself...

Well... I made this icon just for myself, and I told everyone not to take it from me... *look at my userpics* The one of syaoran and sakura with the text:"Lucky in Love"
But the site is french and how am I supposed to tell them I don't want they to distribute my icon???

(maybe I sound like a bitch... but I hate someone use my icon at her/his site...)
Edit: I decided to not use that icon anymore... but I still hate it if they just put up in their site without asking the maker... hmpf
