College tomorrow
I got up really late today...I don't know what it is , but lately I've been so tired , and college hasn't even started yet.
Anyway , despite getting up late , I've been doing housework all day - moving things around , rearranging , cooking , cleaning , even stuff in the garden.
I'm exhausted , so I'm just writing in here while I let my dinner go down , then I can hopefully get on DDR and do my exercises (I'll find the energy somewhere , I guess).
Well, the house is all tidy and I've just got to sort out the washing and do a few bits around the kitchen and then it's all nice and hopefully this will save me a little bit of time during the week when I'm busy with new projects.
The majority of my college things are packed and ready to go , however I just need to decide if I'll take a few books for help or not relating to my home studies rather than just college stuff. The only thing I hate about taking them is the fact that they are really heavy. I don't have far to go , but I don't know how much or what supplies the college will be giving us tomorrow....new sketchbooks I hope. I've gone all summer without a decent sketchbook. It makes a difference, because when I don't have one , then I don't feel like doing much drawing :( I enjoy keeping all my sketches , information , and and other technique practice in one book and make it really nice and pretty.
I currently don't have a mobile phone that works either. Oh well. I just hope no one has tried getting through to me with anything important. Also on that note , I had a really strange dream last night which involved me living back at Stacey's house - but it was huuuuuge , with my family , a massive garden ,Chris riding a nice moped in about a meter's worth of space, people bickering over small things and a social worker - wtf?
There must be a lot on my mind :-/ The other night I had a really strange dream as well that included lady gaga and pink dancing at a nightclub , and something to do with them landing in a helicopter or something , drinking too much and being sick. It was random. o_O
Last night I was actually late to bed due to me trying some new ideas in thumbnail form for my Hizaki drawing , which is at a bit of halt at the moment due to my lack of ideas and the new college term just starting. It kinda sucks , as I would have loved to get it finished this summer , but I only picked it up and got into it near the end of the holiday. Patience is good though , and the time while I'm not working on it , hopefully means time I can be improving my techniques.
I suppose I'd better get to bed early tonight , I don't even know what to do about not having an alarm for tomorrow yet....maybe my small clock will do the job...I just worry because I've slept through five alarms before and still was over two hours late for work...whoops. Think I managed to sleep for about 14 hours that night , haha.
Ruby is chilling on the bed , she's been complaining for food all day even though she had food this morning at the usual time. Anyway , on my cleaning spree I managed to find a new packet of food in the cupboard , so that will keep her busy for a while. I was starting to worry , as I have no money and also no phone to even call anyone to borrow some >_<
I actually managed to find a little bit of time to play on my guitar the other day. It was cool , and as I just set it up , then mum came in and started playing on it haha...was quite funny. Unfortunately , I didn't play on it for long and I'm still not sure if I like the new strings or not and the whole thing is just a pain in the ass to tune/change strings because of the floating trem and locking nuts. arggggh.
Well, I suppose I should return to the kitchen and sort out the washing machine and my few other bits. Oh and I must make this note to myself : I need to make an order on Jacksons!
