It's Ryoma from Getter Robo, one of my newer fandoms. Ryoma needs no reason to be on my desktop. His reason is that he's Ryoma, and he'll kick your ass if you disagree. He doesn't even need his pimp robot to do it with. Also, he's kinda got the "RO RO FIGHT THA POWA" thing going on with this particular piece of fanart, and I'd burned through most of my Gurren Lagann wallpapers during the winter.
