Girls with short hair are UGLY!!!
Seriously, it doesn't matter how they style it or what color they dye it and whatnot; short hair does not fit girls AT ALL. Okay, some may be an exception, but most, absolutely not. The ones who do have short hair really don't care about how they look, obviously, because to me and most likely to a lot of other guys, it's unattractive. If I had a girlfriend who cut her hair too short, I would toss her to the curb. I know it wouldn't happen though because I would prevent it to begin with. It's like seeing an entire forest being bulldozed. Please, throw the scissors (and razors) away, stop paying money to make yourself ugly, and just grow it out LONG!
