So I've realised that I looooooooove the sixties *_____* (well I've known it for a while but... anyway XP)
And I've also realised that I need a loooong break from lolita and its elitism.... so.... Welcome swinging sixties!!!!
Trying to find out eeeeeverything about mods, sixties music and twiggy for the moment...... ^___^*
About this time, a year ago, I found the lolita subculture... I spent my whole summer vacation to find out everything about the clothes...... and now it's the sixties instead :P haha
And I've got a new haircut.....
First of all... I've changed my hair.. and I really like it!!! It's short!
short short short! ^____^*
Today I've bought fabric for a new A-line dress.... voilà! and you can see the dress I'm going to sew as well... but mine will be wider and the collar will be bigger and perhaps there won't be buttons because they're not there for any purpose anyway.....
Since I fell in love with all a-line dresses and such things I've been looking for patterns... old ones from the late sixties/early seventies... and I've actually ordered a pattern.... (but I can't remember what the dresses looked like, lol) ANYWAY: When we were seeing my grand parents, we found this book in their house... And grandma' said I could take it ^____^* It's a book from 71 (I think) filled with patterns *_______* Amagaaaaad I'm happy ^____^*
So I thought it could be a good idea to show some pics of my dresses.....

My most expensive dress ever *______* and I found it on sale for half price some days ago >.<;;;;;; But I love it! The collar is so beautiful!
This dress used to be a both robe my aunt wore when she was young.. But I shortened the arms and the length of it so now it's a beautiful yet cosy dress *____*
Shorts to wear with a black turtleneck shirt (ordered but hasn't arrived yet) and black tights..... There is a big black button on the shorts as well...
Shorts to wear with (red? orange? white?) tights...

This is what I look like XP bought the skirt on sale yesterday ^___^* And my boss told me that I look five years older now, since I've changed my hair.. lol, I hope that's a good thing haha
