Not much but yesterdsays movie festival & that i stayed home sick today:
There were three students films. Well, no, only 1 completely student film [which ended up being the best] and the others had studebt casts. i put together some summarizes of them:
The Crewies(comedy)
A bunch of crewies(the crew) are tired of being pushed around by the cast & go on strike. On opening night they make everything go wrong (bolt the door shut, put a ferret in a shoe box thats opened during the play, mess up the sound effect & lower a stuffed mokey at random times XD). Theres even a part where they switch a magazine suppose to be read in the play with a playboy one.
The Dive (drama)
...Okay, whoa. Depressing & excurciatingly bad acting. Well the girl was HORRIBLE, the guy wasnt bad though. It starts out a girl on a beach with no one there tanning then a guy comes in saying he's going to go "scuba diving". but heres the catch, its a POND! So the girl is a bitch to him then all of a sudden there talking about cancer o.o i guess the mystery boy has cancer. So the girl completely changes into this caring person. THEN she jumps to the conclusion that hes come to drown himself. Then theres this who long convo with fake tears. She then call 911 without him knowing them delays him by saying: "make love to me" -_-;; so they start making out & he pulls this trick by pulling her shirt behind her head and kind of trapping her before running off into the lake & commiting suicide. o.o Yeah, pretty bad.
In The Mind (horror)
Without a doubt the best & i'm not just saying this necause my sister was in it. It was cool & it creeped me out. Here it goes; theres this girl(Leah) who has some split personality problem whose invited to this party. The night before Leah's in her house & she heres this breathing. So she runs downstairs where she can here wimpering & crying from a room so she runs into the bathroom and takes all these pills. I'm gonna skip to the party now. Leah is talking with this guy friend who basically wants to screw her. So he asks her to come back to his place but she refuses so he says "So what? Is only daddy allowed down there" Its hard to get, but that whimpering in the beginning was because she was sexually abused by her dad. So this guy goes off into the woods & ends up being killed. All you see is this flash of him tied to a tree with wire and all this blood. Then Lerahs old best friend is piss drunk & goes off into the woodss puking. Leah goes & helps her and they talk. But her friend ends up blowing her off so leah leaves. You hear a scream and blood but you don't see her. Then a girl(lilly, played by my sister) tells Leah's guy friend about her "split-personality disorder". Later, that guy is killed. So Lilly confronts Leah, telling her that she killed them all. Leah doesnt beleive her so she runs off. Then you see Lilly get knocked over & someone's shadow cast over her. She screams then it goes black until you see a flash of her dead body. Her stomach was all caved in and all these guts & intestines were oozing *shudders*. Then Leah runs home & washes the blood off her hands, not understanding how she could have done this. Then you flash to this guy in an empty, torn apart room with his eyes rolled back and shaking. He repeats everything Leah's saying even if they were no where near eachother. It was all a dream...then in the end you see all of the kids Leah "killed" in school. As this guy walks by them all he hears things they had said to Leah. In the end you find out he killed Leah, in fear that his dream was a premmonition. Therefore the only one to die was Leah.
Yeah, but as confusing as In the Mind was it was good ^_^
