Do you mean "12 Miracles"? The pioneer movie? I bought 2 copies of that one this year hehe. I'm giving them to my 2 dads. Merry Christmas, I had no idea what to get you, here's a movie that was 50% off! Don't worry, I took the sale sticker off.
How is Becca doing?
I liked Living Scriptures and wanted to get them for Toby but unfortunately he focuses on the exact wrong thing. the Alma the Younger movie, 24 minutes is of Alma persecuting the church, and then he repents and bam is good. Well Toby doesn't care about that part, he wants to memorize the persecutions part! Or the Nativity movie, Toby thinks Herod is the most fascinating character (and let's face it, in that movie, he kind of is.) So we don't do those movies but it's not for lack of trying. Dang it.
As for life recording, I do my serious posts here, my "I can handle people seeing this" posts in my blog (sporadically), and my blog is usually just Toby stories/pictures. And then Facebook is my outlet during the day. Once a month I write in my paper journal. Or whenever I remember which ends up being about once every 4 months or so. It's a lot of writing, but I have a lot of junk in my head.
It's definitely "17 Miracles." I'm looking at the DVD right now and last night we were commenting on how 17 is a prime number. :)
Becca is doing ... well ... as okay as an exhausted broke widow with two kids can be doing. Yesterday, they left for a family vacation to Disney World with Chris's parents. They planned this trip a looong time ago. And now I hate American Airlines even more because they gave her a hard time about cancelling and refunding Chris's ticket BECAUSE HE DIED. YES THEY DID THAT. She was really stressed out with her to-do list this week (on top of everything, Abby got pinkeye) so I went over to her house and helped put the kids to bed, wrap Christmas presents, clean the kitchen, and hang out. Oh, she's also fighting the schools to get Abby the special education help she needs because of her severe ADHD. She's taken Abby off her meds so she is crazy enough that the school will listen to her. Mark and I watched the kids last Saturday and hooooooooooly cooowwwwww put that girl back on medication.
Ugh. I just want to kill Chris. That sounds bad but seriously. I just. HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO SOMEONE. I mean, I am suicidal like 80% of the time but I would NEVER do it because I would not want to inflict that kind of pain on Nate. Or Toby. I JUST. AUGH.
Okay fine, 17 miracles. Prime number? You're weird.
