One example of how movies are liars
In the scene where an ex employee leaves her former office, the camera only shows how the ex employee walks out of the building while carrying one small box filled with her personal stuff, waves her hand elegantly to her ex co-worker, and walking out through the main lobby.
This is a complete lie!
When I walked out of the building, it took one office boy, a husband, and a trolley to carry about a dozen boxes filled with my personal belonging, through the carrier elevator since we were not allowed to use the normal elevator, and ended up in the basement where I then sat by the road while my husband tried to find a cab. There were completely nothing elegant in the action.
But of course, the emotional level was still there.
