Too Much To Update? Yep.
First and foremost, Happy Lunar New Year!
Hmm, I have acouple of things that I wanted to update.... but is it really worth it to talk about it here where most people wouldn't see it? Maybe that's a good thing but I can't help but wonder.... what is the point to all this crazy updating and stuff if it's all just going to be kept to myself. Oh perhaps that's what my mind needs. A chance to air out the dirty cobwebs and clear my mind a bit. Well, enough of that nonsense. Straight to the update~
* School has been interesting but not as rewarding as I thought it would be.
* I am very close to finally getting my new laptop. I can't wait. 6 long mouths of saving is finally coming to an end.
* I'm reading a new book from an author that I've read since I was in high school name Catherine Fisher. Her newest book called Incarceron is getting crazy awesome reviews so I picked it up and, so far at least, it's keeping me interested. Granted that I'm not eating it up like Hunger Games, but it's still good. ^_^
* Currently watching an anime called Durarara from one of my favorite anime directors/writers. Plus he's teamed up with the same animation company that brought Jigoku Shoujo and Baccano! so I know that I'm guaranteed high quality art work and animation. ^_^v
* Watched a whole mess of movies lately: Coraline, Up in the Air, Brother's Bloom, The Princess and the Frog, Sherlock Holmes, and The Proposal. Fun, fun, fun, fun~ =]
* I'm going to the movies on Monday. Hopefully we (Hollie and I) have lots of fun. My baby sister says that the movie was good so I hope we have a good time.
* Watching a whole mess new TV shows of late...
--> Castle: Still horribly written, but I'm still watching it.
--> White Collar: I don't know how I feel about some UK production company buying the rights to my new favorite show and killing my dream of a USA Psych/White Collar uniting for one hugely awesome episode of crime fighting and awesome Neil and Shawn bickering. We'll have to see in season 2. By the way, if you didn't figure it out: I love White Collar. =D
--> Psych: Still in my top 3 favorite shows on television. I can't wait for the season finale! Then I have to wait till July for season 5... but at least Mr. Yang is coming back! YAY!
--> Fringe: YAY! I love Fringe... but I have wait til April for it to come back. NOOOOoo! T^T
--> Leverage:*sigh* I love this show. The stories, the characters, the wit, THE CONS! Every minute of it, I just drink it up.
* Not really reading any new mangas lately... just following the ones I've already started like D.gray-man, Skip Beat!, Yotsuba&, Love Attack, Tsubasa, and DOGS. I don't really have the energy to start anything new or underline all the titles heh heh. *shurgs*
* I need to REALLY do something about this weird layout... =_=; AND I need to get a new set of icons up... maybe I'll change them for this entry. *shrugs*
* I think I might pick up Bloody Monday 2 once I've finished Samurai High School and JIN. *nods* yeah...
* I'm donating blood this Wednesday for my yearly "community service" event. =D
* This is the first Lunar New Year and Valentines Day that I'm not spending with my sister (Kay-chan)... it feels really weird. T~T
* Sole Image is getting back together once again for the annual Literary & Arts magazine. I'm really excited for it. Hopefully Hollie will have fun too. It's been forever since I've written something substantial so I am eager to produce something this semester.
* I found out that I really like riddles. ^_^;
* And that math isn't all that bad... but if you're in a class of unmotivated students, no matter what class it is, the lethargic virus is airborne. T_T
