I'm sorry to hear that you're calling it quits, given that I only discovered ChibBeatles a few weeks ago. Still, I've had a great time reading your back catalogue. I'm not much of a slasher myself, so I always appreciated the irony and humor that you brought to the idea. And especially your lovely characterization of Brian. :)
...and someday soon, when I escape from this house and not so beaten down by circumstances, if I don't up and die first ... then I might just try to pick up where you left off ... kinda.
Y'see, what you were doing with ChibBeatles! was pretty close to what I did daily in 1966-68 in high school study hall ~~ a Brian & His Boys comic strip. Even the class president looked forward to them, hahaa.
However, I don't think I could ever take it to your level, such an exquisite level of drawingness, if you will. The expressions and the poses and the gestures were simply perfection. You could do Brian as no one else ever could. WAHH! I WANNA DO BRIAN! Simplicity is the key. The less lines drawn, the better he looks! Mostly, you made me look at him in wacky ways I would never have dreamed. Hee hee. While (basically) keeping his dignified image intact, IMO. I could go on and on.
Ah well, all things must pass. Forever thanks, Jen. ♥

I would pay good money to see those. :)
You're right to draw attention to the wonderful subtlety of ChibBeatles. Though the plots were wacky, the characters were always so well observed. I think of it as like the webcomic version of Help!

Totally understand about it, though.
