Well, it looks like freshwater control is here to stay. At least it only applies to open sources of water, now that my control's slightly better. No more waterbottles deciding to assault me. Only puddles. My school uniform is now constantly drenched, which means frequent laundry trips.
My kendo skill levels have been going from bad to worse, though. My kendo teacher has actually gone as far as sending me emails, constantly reminding me to practise, but it's difficult without someone to correct me. I can't see what I'm doing and kendo's all about reacting your opponent. Reacting to a straw figure isn't the most effective method of honing my skills. It's rather frustrating really.
But summer's finally here. The sun's actually out, which is nice. The first weekend we get without much homework; I'm heading for the beach. I've missed surfing. Anyone want to join me?
