If you don't have one "already" it's not a birthmark, is it? and to answer that question, my birthmarks are all sexy and secret.

I was born with tons and I find more every time I look D: I think I have about three times more than I was born with.

Only one person has ever said anything about the bunch of them on the side of my neck. She was a toddler and she grabbed at me and said "dots!"

I don't consider moles birthmarks unless you've had hem since or nearly since birth. Just different definitions.
