Reading, Paper, Dentist, Car!
So yesterday my dad called saying "you need to come out tonight, we're going to go test drive a Suziki Grand Vitara out in Ogden" Apparently Lori (my stepmom) has connections to a dealership out there and they were willing to give me a killer deal. So I went out, it was a pretty nice car. There was a huge (but fairly invisible) crack in the windshield, luckily my dad caught it. The tires are really worn down, and the inside had a very faint smell of smoke. It's a 2000, it has 74000 miles on it, there were a couple of knicks and dents but nothing major. It has a CD Player and keyless entry. Last night he wanted us to sign the papers then and there and was gonna give it to me for 9000 and put brand new tires on as well as have it aligned along with replacing the windshield. Well 9000 out the door, after taxes and everything. So we decided to "sleep on it"....
So I woke up today around 11. I started writing my last paper that was due at 5pm today. I then got ready and went to Odyssey House for a residents reading to become a senior. After that I headed off to the dentist to have my crown put on....
So, remember my big huge rant about that about 3 weeks ago? Yeah, well I was extremelly insulted at how yellow and dark that tooth was! Not to mention that it was about 2 times two big for my mouth! I've decided I really don't like this "lab guy" that makes the crowns for them. He's the one that decided on the color (the ugly yellowness). He did it darker than what my temporary tooth that looks like shit! So we're sending it back, there's no way in hell I"m letting them put that on. I then spent another hour and half having my teeth bleached. We got done and the hygenist was like "I don't get why these teeth are getting so white, but not this one (the one right next to the tooth getting the crown that SHOULD be getting a crown too but isn't because Cheryl is a witch) and I said "well would the fact that it has alot of fillings in it have anything to do with it" "It wouldn't have that many on the front though" "uh, yes I chipped it when I was in kindergarten" So she checked...and sure enough I was right. So I have to go back in tomorrow to try and shave as much of the filling off so we can get the tooth more white.
But not before I do two other things. 1. My Last DAF shift at the zoo. They called and asked if I could do one mroe before I leave. I really didn't want to but I am. I then was just told that I have to be in Ogden at noon to sign to buy the car! So yes, its offical, I'm getting a new car! Nuts huh? So then I have to go out to the dentist to get all this tooth stuff figured out. Agh! This would have been about a thousand times easier had we just done them both as crowns from the beginning...thats all I could think of while lying there today. Grrrrr......
Oh yeah, and I chopped off about 4-5 inches off my hair yesterday. I was really nervous about it, but once it was actually styled, I really like it alot!http://i2.tinypic.com/x3xorc.jpg
