Procrastinate....me? Never!
First and foremost, I have decided that I need to jump on the Killers bandwagon. Yes, I cannot seem to get that silly Somebody told me song out of my head, so I will go purchase the CD.
Second, I am procrastinating like none other right now. Chris's mom comes into town on Wed. night. I do believe she is staying here and well, I have to clean that closet of a room. I am going to have one busy afternoon. The idea of cleaning is just so...foreboding. I don't want to do it. It's times like these I wish I were friends with Mary Poppins so I could just snap my fingers and it would all be done. That or a part of the Harry Potter world. Probably the latter cause I could do a lot more with a wand than just snapping my fingers.
Last, and you had to know this was coming, Chris is the cutest person ever. I think I told my Chris left a random just to say hi card in my bad story already. In case I didn't, I think you got the jist of it from the title of the story. So, yesterday I was in the Health Club to let Emma go to lunch. Since I really don't care anymore about stupid we wanna be more like Disney rules like no reading while I am standing around doing NOTHING for 10 hours, I got out my Harry Potter book. I have been using that card that Chris randomly put in my bag as my bookmark. It's in a yellow envelope. Laura walks in to tell me something so I put the card in my book and close it up. She leaves, I open my book back up. Alas, this envelope is green though.
**Thinking to self**Wh-what is going on here? Where is the yellow envelope...oh there it is. What is this green card? It says my name on it. Compare the handwriting. It kinda looks like Chris's. Did Laura just put this here, as a good-bye card? That would be silly. I'm not leaving really, just changing my status. Okay, time to open it.
You guessed it. It was a card from Chris. A Halloween Card. Awwwwww.....he's so cute. Then this morning I got up and he had another card for me on the counter in the kitchen. Another Halloween card. Now I asks ya...how did I get so lucky?? Sigh....
Okay, I really have to go now. Damn you livejournal for being such a good method of procrastination and really helping my improve (not that I need it) my babbeling skills.
